Baked Salmon with lemon mustard sauce & cauliflower polenta mash:
Oven to 375′
*Mix MUSTARD, LEMON JUICE, PEPPER, HONEY & DILL and spread all over SALMON
*Place SALMON on foil, and Bake at 375′ for 20-30min
*Simmer CAULIFLOWER in CHICKEN BROTH until tender
*Season with SALT & PEPPER
*Add 1/4 cup of POLENTA simmer for 15-20min until thickened
*Add a little SOUR CREAM and PARMESAN CHEESE to take!
